The House of Misal is a homegrown QSR business established in 2019 bringing authentic Maharashtrian misal to Mumbai and Thane, known for its variety-led menu and bold local flavour.

Problem Statement

A regional food brand wanted to scale rapidly across Mumbai, relying traditionally on word-of-mouth, while millennials and Gen Z were discovering eateries primarily through online search.

Our Approach

We digitised word-of-mouth by turning every satisfied diner into an organic online advocate. GMB assets were set up for each outlet, QR codes placed on tables, and customers nudged to leave reviews post-meal. We optimized five location GMBs (Dadar, Goregaon, etc.) with authentic photos, 21 unique misal varieties, and local keywords in English and Marathi (like “Aai Shapath”). This made the brand hyper-visible to locals searching for “misal near me.”
