With Umanshi, I’m in a good place, one shaped by over 23 years of building brands and growing businesses, from global corporations to early-stage startups. Armed with a postgraduate degree from IIM Bangalore, I’ve done this across 70+ industries and 300+ brands. I’m proud of a journey that took me from organisations like The Times of India and Percept to leadership roles at Marvel Realtors and AllCargo Logistics, and into classrooms, boardrooms and incubators.
Today, I spend much of my time helping founders and small businesses grow, mentoring startups and working with IIM Bangalore on education initiatives that aim to create more entrepreneurs at scale.
For me, a good place is where intent matters as much as execution, and that’s exactly how Umanshi works.
