Client Overview

FootSecure is India’s first “phygital” podiatry platform, providing comprehensive diagnostics, surgeries and specialized wound care for diabetic foot management and sports injury recovery.

Problem Statement

Two FootSecure clinics lacked consistent local visibility, keyword dominance and patient-intent discovery despite strong medical expertise and physical presence.

Our Approach

Between January and mid-2025, FootSecure’s Sahakarnagar and Malleshwaram clinics saw sustained growth in local discovery and engagement despite competitive healthcare search environments.

Sahakarnagar recorded 513 monthly business interactions (+85.9% YoY) and consistent month-on-month growth across July–November. Malleshwaram showed similar momentum with 495 interactions in November (+53.3% YoY). Search visibility expanded sharply across high-intent queries like “podiatrist near me”, “podiatrist Bangalore” and “foot care clinic”, translating local search demand into measurable patient actions.
