Saarthi & AtTheRate.ai Launch Campaign
Client Overview
Flipkart Ads engaged Umanshi for the ecommerce launch campaign design behind Saarthi, its Ad-Partner Network: a growing set of tools and partners built to guide sellers towards growth, symbolised by the North Star in its logo. AtTheRate.ai is Saarthi’s first tool, an AI-powered assistant that helps sellers understand their ads, spot opportunities and act on recommendations.
About Project
Flipkart Ads needed to introduce a new network and its first AI tool to sellers across India. The communication had to explain what Saarthi is, make AtTheRate.ai feel useful rather than technical, and stay consistent across every channel sellers use, from email and WhatsApp to in-platform banners.
Our Approach
We planned the ecommerce launch campaign design in two phases. The launch phase introduced Saarthi as a guiding partner for every growing seller with the line “Har Badhte Business ko Ek ‘Saarthi’ Chahiye!” and presented AtTheRate.ai as its first tool. The use-case phase moved the story forward with “See what’s working. Do what helps your business grow”, showing how AtTheRate.ai helps sellers understand ad impact, find opportunities and know what to do next.
One visual system tied both phases together: a real Indian seller in their own business space, warm natural light and a signature blue growth arrow with a yellow light trail as the campaign’s constant mnemonic. Each phase was adapted across emailers, WhatsApp creatives, sticky banners, platform banners and push notifications, with copy in a simple, seller-first tone that mixed Hindi and English where it felt natural.

Ecommerce Launch Campaign Design: FAQs
A clear story, one visual system and adaptations for every channel the audience uses. For Saarthi, ecommerce launch campaign design meant emailers, WhatsApp creatives, sticky banners, platform banners and push notifications built from a single key visual.
Awareness and adoption need different messages. The first phase introduced Saarthi as a guiding partner; the second showed how AtTheRate.ai helps sellers act, moving them from "what is this?" to "how do I use it?"
Lead with outcomes, not technology. The campaign focused on seeing what is working, finding opportunities and knowing what to do next, in plain, seller-first language.
Yes. Umanshi provides ecommerce launch campaign design, multi-channel creative adaptations and campaign copy for platforms, D2C brands and B2B businesses.
The ones sellers already check every day. For Saarthi, that meant email, WhatsApp, push notifications and banners inside seller platforms, each adapted from the same key visual so the message stayed consistent.
Lock the core idea first. A single key visual, a fixed mnemonic and one tone of voice were set before any adaptation, so every format, from a push notification to a full emailer, felt like the same campaign.
