Transorion is a Bangalore-based customs clearance and logistics organisation operating since 2009, with 9 offices across India, 300+ employees, and 2 million+ successful shipments, serving global enterprises across manufacturing, retail, electronics and engineering.
Transorion engaged Umanshi to revamp its sales communication ecosystem. The mandate covered a sales deck, a sales introductory mailer, a product AV for its proprietary TTM software, and launch AVs—all designed to make expertise immediately visible before the first sales call.
Sending the full deck upfront wasn’t working.
Prospects were dropping off before conversations began. The sales team needed a lighter first touch that introduced credibility without overwhelming decision-makers.
Transorion had solid proof points.
Metrics like 98% automated reporting, 15–20 minute invoice extraction, 182 daily status reports at 6 AM, and 25% efficiency gains existed—but were buried inside long decks instead of being surfaced upfront.
TTM wasn’t just a tool.
Explaining it as “another platform” diluted its value as a productivity enabler that reduces follow-ups, noise and manual intervention.
We redesigned the sales entry point.
Instead of sending the deck immediately, we created a sales introductory mailer that gave prospects a sharp snapshot—who Transorion is, the scale it operates at, and why it’s worth a conversation—before asking for time.
The mailer did heavy lifting quickly.
Using numbers like 9 offices, 300+ employees, 2Mn+ shipments, and key TTM highlights, the mailer established credibility in seconds while directing interested prospects to deeper conversations.
For the Delhi office launch AV, we flipped the format.
The film opened by celebrating Transorion’s journey and milestones before revealing the Delhi office as the latest achievement—set to loud music, heavy transitions and bold pacing, optimised for vertical mobile viewing.
The mailer warmed prospects before decks were shared.
RTBs surfaced early reduced repetitive explanations.
TTM stood out as productivity, not software clutter.
