School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) is a national leadership institution envisioned to foster ethical public leadership and advance public good at scale in India and globally.
After the phase 1 of engagement with SOUL (craftting brand positioning and identity), Umanshi was entrusted with designing SOUL’s first website—an institution-defining digital presence viewed by global leaders, policymakers and stakeholders, aligned with the vision of Hon PM of India, Shri. Narendra Modi.
Website matched the stature of national and global leadership
Vision, mission and programs articulated without ambiguity
Platform prepared for global visibility and future programs
This was SOUL’s first website. There was no reference point for how a national leadership institution of this scale should present itself digitally to a global audience.
The website would be seen by senior policymakers, global leaders and institutions, making accuracy, tone and symbolism critical from day one.
SOUL’s philosophy is rooted in ethics, public good and Indic values. The challenge was to convey depth and seriousness without making the website heavy or inaccessible.
Umanshi structured the website to lead with SOUL’s purpose, vision and values—ensuring the institution’s philosophy took precedence over personalities or announcements.
The logo, Dharma Chakra, Unalome and diamond symbolism were explained clearly—linking visual identity to ethics, the eight-fold path and disciplined leadership rooted in national interest.
Upcoming programs like Accelerate Political Leadership and Policy Ignite Bootcamps were positioned as tangible expressions of SOUL’s mission, not future promises.
Umanshi took the time to deeply understand my work, my values and the people I serve. The new Build My Story website feels like an authentic extension of who I am—as a storyteller, coach and writer.
From the narrative flow to the visuals and structure, everything now works cohesively. The clarity the website brings has made conversations with clients far more meaningful and aligned.
This was a high-stature launch website with no past activity to showcase. We built meaning through Indic education beliefs, vision and purpose, working closely through multiple sensitive approvals and repeated restructures.
Umanshi approached the website as nation-building infrastructure, not a brand asset—ensuring restraint, dignity and long-term relevance across political and global contexts.
Every visual and word was rooted in meaning—from the Ashoka Chakra inspiration to values like integrity and altruism—avoiding decorative or superficial design choices.
The website was built to scale with programs, leadership cohorts and global collaborations, without requiring structural rework as SOUL evolves.
