QualiZeal partnered with Umanshi to navigate a crowded AI landscape where generic narratives often dilute specialized expertise. The campaign aimed to reposition QualiZeal from a “testing services provider” to a “strategic AI assurance partner,” specifically targeting CXOs and enterprise decision-makers through high-authority narrative building.

Challenge

Operating in a saturated AI-led QE market, the brand struggled to differentiate its specialized capabilities from competitors relying on generic AI hype and buzzwords.

The brand was primarily perceived as an execution-focused testing partner; shifting this perception to “Strategic AI Quality Engineering” required a fundamental overhaul of their public narrative.

Building credible visibility across elite business and technology platforms was essential to engage enterprise leaders who prioritize long-term governance over short-term execution.

The technical nature of AI governance and QE for AI necessitated a simplified, value-driven storytelling approach that translated complexity into enterprise-ready insights.

By amplifying platform partnerships and CSR maturity, we reinforced the brand’s image as a stable, ethical and enterprise-scale partner rather than a transactional service provider.
