Percivon Technologies is an ambitious multinational technology services company delivering industrial automation, digital transformation, AI/ML and IT–OT integration services, backed by leadership with over 25 years of global engineering experience.
Percivon engaged Umanshi to create its first-ever employee-facing brand document—an EVP brochure—to support rapid hiring. The mandate went beyond hiring creatives: define what Percivon stands for as a workplace, back it with proof and make it shareable, credible and aspirational.
Percivon was scaling quickly.
As a growing technology firm with global ambitions, the challenge was to attract talent fast without sounding like every other IT company promising growth, learning and culture—without evidence.
This was the first internal brand document.
There was no articulation of Percivon’s DNA, values or work culture. Everything lived in leadership intent and day-to-day behaviour, not in a format candidates could evaluate.
Candidates were spoilt for choice.
Prospective hires wanted clarity on exposure, global opportunities, learning paths and leadership access—not generic career promises.
We reversed the lens.
The brochure was structured around what candidates actually evaluate before joining—Who will I work with?, Will I grow here?, Will my work matter?, Is this global exposure real?
Every promise had proof.
Global presence was backed by USA, UK, UAE and India operations. Growth was supported through customised training programs. Exposure was validated through Fortune 500 client work and multi-country project delivery.
Values were shown, not declared.
“Customer centricity”, “quality focused” and “integrity” were translated into how projects are executed, how teams collaborate and how accountability is owned—moving beyond value posters.
Candidates self-selected with clearer expectations.
Distinct EVP differentiated Percivon from IT peers.
Employee posts drove unpaid LinkedIn visibility.
