FlexiBees is a pioneering flexible workforce platform dedicated to re-entering women professionals into the workforce after career breaks. By connecting highly qualified female talent with businesses through flexible and remote work models, FlexiBees bridges the gender diversity gap while solving critical talent shortages for startups and enterprises alike.
The mandate was to elevate FlexiBees from a “social initiative” to a “business-critical talent solution.” Our PR strategy focused on building national visibility, positioning the platform as a credible, scalable engine for economic empowerment that delivers measurable ROI for employers and life-changing career continuity for women.
The brand suffered from inconsistent presence; it needed to move beyond one-off spikes to maintain a steady voice across Business, HR-Tech, Startup and Lifestyle media simultaneously.
Women’s workforce reintegration was largely viewed through a philanthropic lens rather than a strategic business advantage, limiting its adoption by mainstream enterprise leaders.
The core challenge was communicating deep social impact (purpose) without compromising the brand’s image as a high-performance recruitment partner (business credibility) for HR decision-makers.
We shifted the narrative from “helping women” to “unlocking economic potential.” Stories focused on income generation, professional upskilling, and how flexible models drive operational efficiency for lean businesses.
By deploying a high-volume media engine, we ensured FlexiBees was featured in diverse segments from startup portals for founders to HR journals for CHROs creating a 360-degree recall for the brand.
We positioned the founders as thought leaders on the “Future of Work,” using data-backed insights to advocate for career continuity as a national economic priority.
