Earthwalker Travels is an adventure travel company specialising in curated Himalayan treks and outdoor experiences, with a focus on beginner-friendly routes, safety-led execution, and ground-level operational expertise.

Problem Statement

A seasonal Kedarkantha winter trek needed rapid bookings, diversified geography and high-intent leads despite low ticket price and intense competition from large trekking platforms.

Our Approach

We ran a tightly segmented Meta performance campaign for the Kedarkantha beginner snow trek, built around sharply defined consumer personas. Messaging highlighted ease, safety, sunrise views at 12,000 ft, and trust of a ground operator. The campaign generated over 200 high-intent leads, achieved registrations worth five times the media spend, and sold out the batch within two weeks. Importantly, registrations diversified beyond expected geographies, expanding demand across North and South India while maintaining strong lead quality.
