Celcius Logistics is a 6+ years old Mumbai-based cold-chain logistics and technology platform that aggregates refrigerated transport and storage across India, serving sectors like food, ecommerce and pharmaceuticals.
Celcius was category-creating and operated a tech-led cold chain marketplace without owning trucks or warehouses, making it hard to explain value visually in a cluttered, boring logistics category.
We broke the category’s visual clutter. Instead of trucks we focused on the benefit: preserving medicine freshness and reducing food waste. Our category-breaking creatives and consistent storytelling made a complex marketplace simple and desirable. This skyrocketed brand awareness. Investors saw the posts and reached out even before the formal fundraise. Our marketing efforts alongside PR paved the way for their ₹100 Cr funding, a 30% reduced sales cycle and expansion from 5 to 25 cities.
