With Umanshi, I’m in a good place — one shaped by over 23 years of building brands, growing businesses for global corporations to early-stage startups. Armed with post graduation from IIM Bangalore, I’ve had the chance to do this across 70+ industries and 300+ brands. Proud to be part of journeys that took me from agencies like TOI and Percept, to leadership roles at Marvel Realtors and AllCargo Logistics and into classrooms, boardrooms and incubators.
Today, I spend a lot of my time helping founders and small businesses grow, mentoring startups, and working with IIM Bangalore on education initiatives that aim to create more entrepreneurs at scale.
