Business Development & Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities:
Ensure timely delivery of projects, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant insights with clients and internal teams.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams — including creative, content, and design — to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
Ensure all client deliverables are completed to the highest standard.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and business growth.
Conduct regular client feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze market data and customer insights to refine client servicing strategies.
Upsell and cross-sell marketing services to increase client engagement and wallet share.
Requirements:
1-4 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Solid project management skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
