Graphic Designer & Creative Director

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai | Experience: 3-4 years | Type: Full-time Onsite

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who brings more than just technical skills, someone who can think conceptually, tell visual stories with impact, and elevate every project with fresh, compelling ideas. At Umanshi, you’ll work across branding, digital campaigns, and multi-format content for diverse clients, collaborating with content, strategy, and video teams to deliver design that doesn’t just look good, it works.

     Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and execute design ideas across social media, websites, decks, and digital campaigns.
2. Develop original creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
3. Maintain visual consistency across platforms and campaigns.
4. Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account managers for cohesive brand communication.
5. Stay updated with design trends and apply them meaningfully to projects.

   Requirements:

   1. 3-4 years of experience in a creative/design role (agency or in-house).
   2. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and brand storytelling.
   3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
   4. Working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
   5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color.
   6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
   7. Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, etc.).
   8. Motion graphics, basic video editing, or animation skills (preferred).
   9. Experience working with lifestyle, D2C, or early-stage brands (preferred).
